Every year, Cardozo conducts a summer program on comparative and transnational media law and policy at St. Edmunds Hall, University of Oxford. This two-week program is designed to introduce participants—primarily incoming law students—to the multitude of issues presented by the new telecommunications technologies. Internet, satellite, advanced multi-channel cable television all present extraordinary questions of law, policy, and cultural change.
