Through a special arrangement with the University of Oxford, students in the Squadron Program can spend a semester with the Programme in Comparative Media Law & Policy, conducting research for credit under the supervision of the director of the Programme. As registered students of St. Peter’s College at Oxford, students attend classes in intellectual property and EU competition law and can participate in weekly seminars held at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at Wolfson College. Recent seminars include "Eastern European Media, Civil Society and Democracy," "Media Intervention in Conflict and Post-Conflict Environments: A New Kind of War," "Psychological Operations and Information Warfare," "Security on the Internet," "E-commerce and Regulatory Arbitrage—Shopping for Infrastructure Providers in a Global Economy," "Intellectual Property as Price Discrimination within an E-Commerce Setting," "India's response to Convergence of Broadcasting, Telecommunication and Information Technologies," and "The Digital Future of the BBC."
